Certain fees are applicable to additional uses of the Venture Center and Fitness Center, such as rentals, fitness classes, and guest passes.

The Operations fee is $240.00 per quarter.  The Operations Fee covers a majority of the District’s administrative and maintenance costs, some of which were previously handled by the HOA. 

The quarterly trash fee of $43.80 will be charged to all residents.

This fee will cover the reserves necessary for repairs, replacement, maintenance, and snow removal costs of the alleys.  The Alley Fee is $35.00 per quarter. 

This fee will cover the landscape maintenance of the courtyards, including but not limited to mowing, irrigation repair, water and snow removal of main sidewalks.  Please note this will not include snow removal of individual sidewalks or driveways.  The Courtyard Fee is $106.00 per quarter.

This fee will cover weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance of duplex style homes in accordance with the Access and Maintenance Easement Agreement.

The Maintenance Fee is $75.00 per quarter for all duplex style homes. No single-family home within Volley Park Neighborhood receives these on lot maintenance services.
